Brontosaurus is an independent retailer based in Coffs Harbour, owned and operated by a local family who have a huge passion for all things pets! Brontosaurus is also a part of ‘Just For Pets’ retail group, which is the largest group of independent pet retailers in Australia.

The team at Brontosaurus is made up of skilled and experienced pet-lovers, with a wide range of areas of expertise. Have a fish problem? Talk to our fish expert? Have a general health question about your pet? Try our vet nurse. Brontosaurus is the place to go to seek free advice!

Helpful advice

Not only do we offer helpful advice in relation to your pet, we also offer dog washing, nail clipping, aquarium maintenance (both commercial and residential), wing clipping and more!

Our store is one of the largest pet retailers in the region and holds a fantastic collection of aquarium products, pet foods, reptile products and food and various small animal needs. And, let’s not forget, you can also meet your new furry or feathered family member at Brontosaurus! Puppies, kittens, birds, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice and fish are all available for adoption to a loving family.

We also work with a local rescue group and have their rescue kittens and dogs/puppies up for adoption in store as well.
